国費大使館推薦応募者出願の手引き Guidelines for the students applying to the Embassies of Japan for the Japanese Government(MEXT) Scholarship
Students who wish to study at Graduate School of Mathematical Sciences are required to submit the application for admission to our school and to take the entrance examination (Special Selection for Overseas Residents).
*Our school does not accept students who have intention to take the entrance examination for regular course after entering our school as research students.
Please download the pdf file below and mail International Liaison Office the completed application. If you have passed the preliminary selection test conducted by the Japanese embassy, please also submit a copy of the scholarship application and the certificate of the preliminary selection issued by the Japanese Embassy(Consulate).
*Please attach a Japanese or English translation if the document is not written in either of these languages.
The final application deadline for Graduate School of Mathematical Scicnces : July 27,2026
If all required documents are submitted as electronic files by July 27, the admission screening will be conducted. However, the Letter of Provisional Acceptance will not be issued unless the original hard-copy application documents are received.
Applying after the deadline : When we receive the application after the final deadline, the result will be notified after October.
