Abstract:
Let $p$ be a rational prime and $K$ a local field of residue characteristic $p$. In this paper, generalizing the theory of Deligne~\cite{De1}, we construct a theory of local $\ep_0$-constants for representations, over a complete local ring with an algebraically closed residue field of characteristic $\neq p$, of the Weil group $W_K$ of $K$.
