This conference is a coninuation of the the first one in Harbin and the second one in Seoul.

The conference site is the Komaba campus, the University of Tokyo. Here is an instruction on how to come to the University of Tokyo.

The conference is open to everyone. We cannot give financial supports to participants except for invited speakers, unfortunately.
