The conference site, Sakura Hall, Tohoku University, is within a walking distance from the Sendai Station. Here is a map for Sakura Hall.
You are expected to make a hotel reservation by yourself. Any hotel around the Sendai Station would be O.K. A search for "Sendai Hotel" on any search engine would work. Due to the Sendai Tanabata Festival held on August 6-8 and "Obon", a Japanese vacation period around mid August, it is rather difficult to find a hotel. We urge you to make a hotel reservation as soon as possible. If you have difficulty in finding a hotel, please write to Yasuyuki Kawahigashi (yasuyuki@ms.u-tokyo.ac.jp).
