Abstract: This talk will offer an exploratory preliminary review of selected topics. We aim to understand the concepts appearing in the title and the interconnections between them. We will begin with a brief review of certain aspects of knot theory and discuss mathematical objects that pave the way toward understanding specific types of topological observables. We will also touch upon algebraic and topological frameworks of QFT from a general perspective. The broader goal of this research is to understand several interconnected structures within a mathematically well defined framework. This talk will provide very preliminary comments on such a connection, whose existence we believe is strongly suggested.
