AbstractFIn this talk, I will introduce a joint work with Ming Li (CQUTCChina) on the extension of the famous Gauss-Bonnet-Chern formula in Riemannian geometry to the Finsler setting; furthermore, by a geometric localization process, we get a new proof of Lichnerowicz's GBC-formula.
