Hayama Symposium on Sevral Complex Variables will be held this year as follows:

Participation fees:(Including service charge and tax)

Party in the evening on Dec. 20				3,500 yen
Accommodation
	Special conference package rate per night, per person including 3 meals, service charge and tax is offered as follows in the Shonan Village Center.
			Single Room	13,000 yen
			Economy Twin Room	11,500 yen
	*	1,000 yen is deducted from the above rate, only in case you won't take lunch on Dec. 22.
	*	Cafeteria open hours:
			Breakfast time: Lunch time: Dinner time:	07:30 - 09:00 12:00 - 13:30 18:00 - 19:30

Important Dates:

Deadline of registration:			November 18, 2004
*	Accommodation reservation is applied the 'first come, first served' basis.
*	Speakers have priority over the room assignment and kindly asked to reserve the room early.
*	Cancellatin fee will be charged as follows for the accommodation reservation from 2 weeks before the symposium date.
		From Dec.4 to 15	One night charge
		From Dec.16	Full charge
