組みひも理論と反復積分および共形場理論への応用
研究概要

位相幾何学の重要な研究対象である組みひも群について反復積分の理論を用いた表現論を構成し，これを用いて，共形場理論におけるKZ方程式のモノドロミー表現が量子群の対称性をもつことを示した．さらに，一般の種数のリーマン面上の共形場理論にあらわれる写像類群の表現を記述し，それを3次元多様体の不変量の構成に応用した．また，KZ方程式の解の多変数の超幾何積分による表示を用いて，KZ方程式のモノドロミー表現と組ひも群のホモロジー表現との関係を明らかにした．この手法をもとにして，KZ方程式が周期積分の満たす微分方程式とみなされることを示した．また，配置空間のループ空間のホモロジーの代数構造，対数微分形式の反復積分による双曲体積の記述などを行った．最近は，組みひも群のホロノミー表現の高次の圏への拡張について研究している．
