News:
- In December 2011, I gave an introductory mini-course (3 lectures) on Kazhdan's property (T) at the conference "Analysis and Geometry of Discrete Groups and Hyperbolic Spaces" at RIMS(Research Institute for Mathematical Sciences, Kyoto University). This mini-course treats basics on property (T); and my recent result (on preprint [4] in the "List of Papers"). (20/Dec/2011)
- In March, 2011, I finished my Ph.D course at the University of Tokyo, Graduate School pf Mathematical Sciences (Ph.D advisor: Taka Ozawa). From April, 2011, I am a JSPS postdoctral fellow there (postdoc advisor: Masahiko Kanai). (1/Apr/2011)
- I contributed a talk in the conference "Workshop on Geometric Group Theory in Goa, India", which was a satellite event to ICM 2010, in August, 2010. (9/Aug/2010; 18/Jul/2010)
- I have finished my long stay at EPFL (Switzerland, Lausanne) for the period 15 February 2010-- 11 January, 2011, with the financial support by JSPS (Japan Society for the Promotion of Science). The purpose of this stay is an entrustment of the guidance of my study to Professor Nicolas Monod. (11/Jan/2011; 15/Feb/2010; 10/Jan/2010)
- Professor Danny Calegari wrote a commentary at his research blog on my talk in the conference "New Directions in Geometric Group Theory", which was held at the University of Queensland (Australia, Brisbane) during 14 December-18 December, 2009. (10/Jan /2010)
