The graph correspondence of ordinary flops preserves the cohomology groups but not the product structure. Nevertheless it is conjectured that the quantum product will be preserved up to analytic continuations along the K\"ahler moduli. In this talk I will report on recent joint works with Y.P. Lee and H.W. Lin on this problem. In an earlier work we proved this conjecture for simple ordinary flops. Thus the main focus will be on ordinary flops over a general base.
