Hayama Symposium on Complex Analysis in Several Variables will be held this year as follows:

Participation fees:(Including service charge and tax)

Party in the evening on Dec. 20				Free (Everybody who wishes is invited.)
Accommodation
	Special conference package rate per night, per person including 3 meals, service charge and tax is offered as follows in the Shonan Village Center.
			Single Room	12,200 yen
			Economy Twin Room	10,800 yen
	*	1,000 yen is deducted from the above rate, only in case you won't take lunch on Dec. 21.
	*	Cafeteria open hours:
			Breakfast time: Lunch time: Dinner time:	07:30 - 09:00 12:00 - 13:30 18:00 - 19:30

Notice:	Some renovation work will take place at Shonan Village Center during the symposium.
	It will start at 8 a.m. and end up 6 p.m. daily. There will be no serious influence to the activity of the symposium, but we apology in advance any inconvenience, possibly caused by it. For this reason the accomodation fee is discounted. (Shonan Village Center)

Deadline of registration:			November 17, 2005
*	Accommodation reservation is applied the 'first come, first served' basis.
*	Speakers have priority over the room assignment and kindly asked to reserve the room early.
*	Cancellatin fee will be charged as follows for the accommodation reservation from 2 weeks before the symposium date.
		From Dec.4 to 15	One night charge
		From Dec.16	Full charge
